This American Porter delivers a comforting, dessert-forward experience, leaning into the nostalgia of toasted marshmallows and campfire s’mores. A foundation of dark malts provides classic roasty notes of chocolate and coffee, which are softened by the distinctive, pillowy sweetness of marshmallow. The result is a smooth, luxurious dark ale that balances charred malt bitterness with a creamy sugary lift. While the roast remains firm, the marshmallow addition transforms the finish into a lingering, sweet treat, making it an ideal companion for cold winter nights without losing the structural integrity of a traditional dark ale.

Appearance. Very dark brown to nearly black in color, appearing opaque in the glass. It is topped by a dense, tan-colored head with moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a complex blend of roasted chocolate and light coffee notes. A distinct sugary marshmallow and vanilla-like sweetness is prominent, supported by low earthy hop notes and subtle dark fruit esters.
