Pachamama es una cerveza marrón divina, creada con la adición de rica miel española, que realza la cerveza con notas florales y un ligero dulzor. Queríamos envejecer esto en barrica de una manera que realmente complementara la miel y nos decidimos por barricas nativas de Pedro Ximénez. La cerveza se envejece durante 9 meses para dar una hermosa consonancia con el jerez, con sabores de pasas, frutas confitadas y toques de chocolate que interactúan armoniosamente para una bebida oscura compleja y decadente.
