Description

Brock pours pitch black with a creamy, tan head that lasts throughout the entire drinking experience. The aroma is rich and roasty, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and a hint of caramel. On the palate, the beer is velvety smooth, with a medium body and low carbonation. Flavours of dark roasted malts, coffee, and bittersweet chocolate dominate, while a subtle sweetness balances out the bitterness from the hops.

The nitro adds a creaminess to the mouthfeel that accentuates the richness of the flavours, resulting in a delicious and satisfying drinking experience. The finish is long and roasty, leaving behind a lingering bitterness and a hint of chocolate.

Das Brock ist ein gut 4% leichtes Nitro Stout von Thornbridge. Reichhaltige und röstige Aromen, mit Noten von dunkler Schokolade, Kaffee und einem Hauch von Karamell. Noten von gerösteten dunklen Malzsorten, Kaffee und Zartbitterschokolade dominieren, während eine dezente Süße die Bitterkeit des Hopfens ausgleicht. Durch die Verwendung Nitro bekommt das Bier eine wunderbare Cremigkeit.

A velvety dark Nitro stout, exceptionally smooth and creamy stout with soft treacle flavours and a full body. Not as strong as some traditional stouts, but lacking none of their taste.

Cioccolato fondente, caffè e caramello sono protagonisti indiscussi dell'aroma; al palato il corpo è medio e dalla bassa carbonatazione, qui percepiamo note di cioccolato fondente, malto scuro tostato con lievi accenni dolci che vanno a bilanciare l'amaro nel finale. Sorso ricco e morbido.
