Our Brett Pale Ale is a celebration of our love for Brettanomyces, showcasing the yeast in a refined yet simple way. We’ve steered clear of our wild-yeast-filled foeders, opting instead for a few clean strains of Brett and fermenting in stainless steel. The result?
