Cuivre van The Bruery is een old ale gebrouwen voor hun 'koperen' jubileum, het 7 jarig bestaan van de brouwerij. Gebotteld dus in 2015. Al die tijd gerijpt in bourbonvaten, op de Solera manier. Dat houdt in dat er ook oude anniversary bieren zijn meegerijpt. Jong en oud door elkaar voor een mooie diepgang. De stijl old ale is een zoete en zachte versie van de barley wine. Deze stijl houdt zich erg lang staande en kan dus jarenlang bewaard worden.
