Tempest – Big County:
An imperial Scottish ale built on a lush Golden Promise malt base with a touch of crystal rye for extra depth, then matured for eight months in Auchroisk Speyside whisky barrels. Expect a rich, aromatic nose of oaky whisky, soft spice and caramel. The flavour unfolds in layers of fruitcake, raisin, tobacco and sticky toffee pudding, carried by warm whisky tones and a smooth, lingering finish.
