Kitsune is a vibrant Alternative Grain Beer that redefines the gluten-free experience with a lush, hop-forward profile. Double dry hopping with Sabro, Nelson Sauvin, and Ella creates a complex aromatic tapestry. Sabro leads with distinct notes of creamy coconut, while Nelson Sauvin introduces sophisticated gooseberry and white wine nuances. Ella rounds out the palate with a burst of tropical fruit and subtle citrus. Despite the alternative grain base, the beer maintains an inviting haziness and a crisp, refreshing character. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3–5). Hazy to opaque with a persistent, frothy white head and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Prominent notes of creamy coconut and tropical fruit from Sabro, followed by the distinctive gooseberry and white grape character of Nelson Sauvin. Ella adds layers of grapefruit and passionfruit. Malt character is low and slightly grainy, lacking the typical bready richness of barley.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit. Flavors of coconut, pineapple, and gooseberry dominate, reflecting the Sabro and Nelson Sauvin additions. Ella provides a citrusy zest in the mid-palate. Low to moderate bitterness. The finish is notably dry and clean, typical of alternative grains, with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly lean texture. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol warmth or astringency, providing a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel.
