This Imperial Stout is an exercise in depth, born from a collaboration between Stigbergets, Dealbreaker, and All In. The aroma is dominated by intense espresso and bittersweet chocolate, interwoven with complex barrel-derived notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a subtle spirituous warmth. On the palate, a thick, velvety texture carries flavors of dark charred grain and rich molasses, balanced by dark fruit esters of black currant and prune. Despite its formidable strength, the alcohol is smoothly integrated, leading to a lingering, bittersweet finish of roasted malt and woody tannins. It presents a masterfully balanced yet aggressive sensory profile.
Appearance.Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). It features a dark tan head with moderate retention that leaves thick lacing. High viscosity and alcohol content are evidenced by visible legs on the glass.

Mouthfeel.Full-bodied and exceptionally chewy with a velvety, luscious texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. A smooth, gentle warmth is prominent throughout but remains well-integrated without harshness.
