Stewart Brewing Masterplan

Founded in 2004, Stewart Brewing is Edinburgh’s local, independent brewery which is based on three basic principles: to produce beers of the highest quality possible, to provide exceptional service to their customers and to have fun doing it. Over the years, they have continued to innovate and develop whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history. Cascadian East is a copper coloured IPA. The aroma is rife with grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruits with a resinous undertone. Medium to light bodied on the palate with a bouquet of West Coast American hops, a hint of caramel and tongue tingling bitterness, followed by a crisp and dry finish.
