The sensory profile is defined by rich layers of toffee, toasted marshmallow, and dark caramel, derived from the intentional scorching of the honey. Aging in charred oak barrels imparts significant notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and a spirited bourbon warmth that cuts through the viscous body. While the base honey provides a subtle floral undertone, the dominant impression is one of decadent confectionery and refined spirit integration, finishing with a long, velvety warmth that lingers elegantly on the palate.
