With the Hofbräuhaus Wiesnbier, we are adding another "Munich Oktoberfest beer" to our range. Our bottom-fermented festival beer was brewed with light barley malt, Munich malt and dark caramel malt. The Hofbräuhaus Wiesnbier is only available for a short time as a seasonal specialty during the Oktoberfest. Tasting: The brilliantly filtered Hofbräuhaus Wiesnbier is copper-colored and has a fine-pored, creamy white and stable head of foam in the glass. A fruity scent of ripe bananas, dried fruit, grapefruit and roasted aromas spoils the nose. The initial taste is full-bodied and strong. The taste is pleasantly sweet malt notes with a hint of star anise and fennel. A drinkable beer with a harmonious, slightly sweet and fruity finish.
