St. Louis Premium Peche is a refreshing, low-alcohol expression of a Fruit Lambic, specifically crafted for high accessibility and vibrant fruit expression. The sensory profile is defined by an immediate and dominant rush of sun-ripened peach juice, offering a lush, candy-like sweetness that coats the palate. Beneath the intense fruit, the traditional lambic base provides a subtle, earthy funk and a light wheat character. This sweetness is perfectly balanced by a characteristic vibrating acidity on the finish, ensuring a crisp, thirst-quenching experience. It is a bright, fruit-forward beer where the juicy peach character and a gentle lactic tang harmonize into an approachable, sun-drenched beverage.

Appearance. Deep golden to pale amber (SRM 5-7) with a slight haze from the peach juice. Pours with a moderate, fine-beaded off-white head that has fair retention for the style.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh peach nectar and jammy peach skin. Subtle background aromatics of hay and a very mild lactic sourness, with the wild yeast character remaining subordinate to the fruit.

Taste. Initial impression is sweet and dessert-like, dominated by natural peach sugars. The middle palate shows a soft wheat malt presence. The finish is characterized by a bright, slightly sour lactic touch that provides a necessary counterpoint to the fruit juice. Bitterness is virtually absent.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly syrupy texture from the added juice. Carbonation is moderate and lively. Absolutely no alcohol warmth is perceived, enhancing its refreshing nature.
