St Austell Brewery Et Tu, Brute?

Say hello to Et Tu, Brute? (3.8% abv), the latest limited-edition bottled release in our Small Batch Brew series for 2022. One of our brewing Assistant Managers, Barnaby Skerrett, has crafted this sessionable take on the Petit Brut IPA style.

Using a Norwegian farmhouse yeast called ‘Kveik’, and grape must from our friends and local multi-award winning vineyard, Polgoon, this delicious beer is wonderfully dry and refreshing without the heat of a high abv or the sweetness of an American IPA.

Et Tu, Brute? takes notes from across the brewing industry, with a distinctly European malt selection, hops from the New World, and a nod to our cousins in winemaking.
