Initial aromatic impressions offer high malty richness with bready, grainy wheat notes, seamlessly interwoven with the signature yeast-driven banana and clove. The aging process with Bulleit Bourbon adds distinct layers of vanilla and toasted wood, alongside a concentrated dark fruit character of plums and raisins. On the palate, the caramel sweetness is tempered by a gentle wood-tannin structure and a lingering spirit warmth, resulting in a sophisticated, full-bodied experience that balances traditional fermentation esters with bold barrel-influenced nuances.

Appearance. Dark ruby-brown with a slight haze from the wheat and yeast; crowned by a thick, moussy, long-lasting tan head with excellent lacing.
