This Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed addition of Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and Motueka hops. The aroma leads with a vibrant blast of crushed lime and tropical mango, underscored by the concentrated blueberry and subtle resinous notes typical of the Mosaic Cryo. On the palate, the hop intensity remains high, delivering layers of grapefruit and passion fruit against a lean, neutral malt backdrop. A firm, clean bitterness balances the 8% ABV, which provides a smooth, integrated warmth. This modern take concludes with a crisp, dry finish and a lingering citrus-peel aftertaste that emphasizes hop complexity over malt sweetness.

Appearance. 6–10 SRM. Pale gold to light orange-copper color. Features a persistent, moderate-sized white head with good lacing. Generally good clarity, though a slight, modern hop haze may be present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit) and distinct lime zest from Motueka. Concentrated berry and light pine notes from Mosaic Cryo are evident. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy background with a light fruity fermentation profile and integrated alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is a bold, complex hop-forward impact of lime, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Bitterness is firm and high but remains clean and smooth without harshness. Malt flavor is low, supportive, and crackery. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous, and citrusy hop aftertaste and clean alcohol.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Provides a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth consistent with 8% ABV. Devoid of harsh hop-derived astringency.
