Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale straw to light gold color (3 SRM). It features a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity of flowery, herbal, and spicy hops. Supporting the hop profile is a low to medium grainy-sweet and doughy malt character, reminiscent of toasted crackers. The fermentation profile is very clean with no perceptible esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial light grainy malt flavors are quickly supplanted by a assertive hop bitterness and flavor. Hop notes are herbal and spicy, leading into a dry, crisp, and refreshing finish. Bitterness is medium-high and lingers into the aftertaste alongside a touch of floral hop oils. The balance is decidedly bitter but refined.
