The new harvest hops deliver an explosive sensory profile dominated by bright grapefruit, zesty lime, and lush mango notes. Beneath this lupulin-forward intensity lies a lean, supportive malt backbone that ensures the Citra character remains the focus. While the bitterness is firm and assertive, it remains clean and well-integrated, leading to a surprisingly crisp, dry finish for its 8% ABV. This expression captures the quintessential tropical and citrus essence of its namesake hop, offering a powerful yet drinkable experience that emphasizes aromatic freshness and lupulin complexity.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7–9 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that provides consistent lacing. The beer shows good clarity with a slight, modern haze typical of contemporary hop-forward styles.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical mango driven by Citra. Background notes of melon and passion fruit are supported by a neutral, grainy malt character. Fermentation is clean with minimal esters and a hint of smooth, well-integrated alcohol.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of citrus and tropical fruit. Citra provides layers of crushed lime, tangerine, and melon, leading into a moderately high bitterness that remains clean rather than harsh.
