This Heritage Cider showcases the singular character of the Kronselka apple cultivar, offering a refined and rustic sensory profile. The nose is greeted by high-intensity aromas of freshly sliced tart apples, subtle wildflower honey, and a delicate floral lift characteristic of the variety. On the palate, the experience is strictly dry with a bracing, clean acidity that provides structure and refreshment. The Kronselka fruit shines through with flavors of green apple peel and white orchard fruit, leading to a crisp, mineral-edged finish. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 2-4). Brilliant clarity with a brief, effervescent white head that dissipates quickly, leaving no lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh apple juice and skin. Clean fermentation profile with light floral esters and a faint hint of beeswax. No malt or hop character is present.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and bone-dry. Strong varietal apple flavor dominates, showing green apple and slightly under-ripe pear. Bitterness is absent, though a light phenolic tannic character adds complexity. The finish is short, clean, and very dry.
