Push the Button is a vibrant Hazy IPA collaboration between Siren Craft Brew and Rivington Brewing Co, delivering an intense saturation of flavor at 7% ABV. The sensory profile is defined by an aggressive miscellany of oily, resinous hops that push sweet tropical aromas of mango and papaya out of the glass. The grist provides a soft, rounded mouthfeel that carries the massive hop load with grace, ensuring a lush texture without any harshness. This modern IPA balances its punchy fruit character with a supportive, grainy malt backbone, finishing with a smooth, lingering fruit-forward resonance and a gentle, resinous depth.
Appearance. Color is a glowing straw-gold (5 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze and a healthy shine. It is topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of sweet tropical fruit, ripe mango, and passion fruit, backed by distinctively oily and resinous pine notes. A low bready, grainy malt character remains in the background, complemented by clean, fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor follows the aroma with layers of pineapple and stone fruit. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a light bready sweetness. Perceived bitterness is moderate but softened by the full body, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish. A resinous hop character adds complexity to the aftertaste without becoming astringent.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, rounded, and almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. There is no hop harshness or astringency.
