This exceptional Imperial Stout presents a profound sensory experience, driven by its extensive maturation in Willett and Still630 rye whiskey barrels. The aroma is an intense tapestry of bittersweet dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and a distinct spicy rye grain character derived from the specific barrel blend. On the palate, the marriage of the O.W.K., Derivation, and Vibes recipes yields a massive, velvety body saturated with layers of black cherry, molasses, and rich espresso. The 15% alcohol content is masterfully integrated, providing a smooth, warming glow.
