Schneider Weisse Tap 1 Helle Weisse captures the essence of a traditional Weissbier with a bright, luminous character. Brewed with a grist of sixty percent Weizenmalz and local barley, it presents a deep orange-gold haze beneath a towering white crown. The sensory profile is led by the classic Schneider yeast signature, delivering an aromatic bouquet of spicy clove and ripe banana reminiscent of blossoming summer meadows. Herbal notes from Hallertauer Tradition and the delicate floral touch of Saphir hops balance the bready wheat sweetness. This full-bodied yet refreshing wheat beer finishes with a harmonious, bittersweet snap and a clean, reviving effervescence.
Appearance. Deep orange-gold (6 SRM) with a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing. The beer is distinctly hazy and turbid due to the high wheat and yeast content.
