La Grand Cru è composta da 1/3 di birra giovane e 2/3 di birra maturata per 2 anni in botti di rovere. Il risultato è una birra che offre un’esperienza di sapori piacevoli ed unici.
Al naso offre un aroma complesso con note di legno, mentre al palato un gusto vinoso con una lunga persistenza, come un vino grand cru.
Ideale con gamberi, crostacei, frutti di mare, ma anche con filetto di manzo o formaggio di capra.
