Our collaboration with Ronin Fermentation Project has resulted in a truly exceptional brew, which underwent a meticulous barrel-fermentation process at a cool 4°C using lager yeast. This beer boasts notes of toffee and molasses, followed by a warming finish that stands in stark contrast to the chilly reception of your email.
