This Double IPA radiates an intense hop-forward character driven by a potent trio of Southern Hemisphere varieties. Galaxy leads the profile with pungent passionfruit and citrus, while Riwaka introduces sharp pink grapefruit and exotic kumquat notes. Nectaron Cryo deepens the sensory experience with concentrated layers of ripe peach and pineapple. A neutral, grainy malt base provides a lean foundation, allowing the 8% ABV to deliver a clean, integrated warmth without cloying sweetness. The experience is defined by a vivid tropical brightness and a crisp, lingering bitterness that emphasizes the innovative hop profile over malt complexity.

Appearance. Gold to soft orange-copper color (7–10 SRM) with a moderate, persistent white head and light lacing; displays good clarity with a gentle, modern haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and stone fruits; prominent notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and peach are accented by zesty pink grapefruit. Malt is neutral and supportive, appearing as a light cracker scent, accompanied by a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical fruit, specifically passionfruit and nectarine, followed by citrus zest.
