ReCraft Milcoffeel is a decadent Sweet Stout that elegantly showcases the addition of Brazilian Arabica coffee. The sensory journey begins with a lush, cream-like sweetness from lactose that balances the delicate, light-roasted coffee character sourced from Katowice. Expect a profile echoing sweetened espresso and milk chocolate, where the Arabica beans contribute nutty nuances rather than sharp acidity. Smooth roasted malts provide a cocoa-driven foundation without any burnt or acrid edges. The overall experience is harmonious and dessert-like, weaving together the velvet texture of a traditional milk stout with the aromatic complexity of high-quality, artisanal coffee.
Appearance. Opaque ebony to black (approx. 38 SRM) with a thick, persistent, creamy tan head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent freshly roasted Arabica coffee and milk chocolate. A creamy, lactose-driven sweetness is present, alongside subtle hints of dark fruit esters and a very low earthy hop note.
Taste. Initial sweetness dominates, followed by flavors of café au lait, cocoa, and nutty Brazilian coffee. The roast character is smooth and mild, lacking any burnt acridity.
