Perezoso, or “sloth” in Spanish, is our fruit-packed collab with Florida’s very own Tripping Animals Brewing Co. For this second batch, we infused approximately 1,700 pounds of organic blueberries and 850 pounds of organic Kent mangoes into the base beer post-fermentation to give it that rich, smoothie-like texture. You’ll smell the sweet aroma of blueberry jam, passion fruit, and blackberry, then taste vibrant flavors of ripe mango, crushed blueberry, and tangy orange juice.
