Appearance. Straw to light golden with a persistent, meringue-like white head. The body is opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, free from visible particulates.
Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit, notably passionfruit and pineapple from Galaxy hops, paired with grapefruit and subtle floral notes from Cascade. WLP077 contributes significant stone fruit esters like peach and apricot. Grainy, bready malt remains in the background.
