At 8.4% ABV, the beer maintains a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop complexity to shine. It finishes crisp and dry with a firm, integrated bitterness, embodying a modern approach where high drinkability meets aggressive, multi-dimensional hop saturation.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze and a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring Mosaic-derived berry and tropical fruit, complemented by Sabro's coconut and tangerine notes. Simcoe provides a resinous pine and grapefruit character, while HBC 1019 and Loral add peach, melon, and floral undertones over a neutral, grainy malt background.
Taste. High hop flavor intensity mirroring the aroma with pineapple, citrus peel, and earthy pine. Moderately high bitterness is firm but smooth, supported by a clean, cracker-like malt profile. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
