This Double IPA showcases a saturated hop landscape driven by Mosaic Dynaboost and Sabro Hyperboost, delivering intense layers of blueberry, tropical fruit, and creamed coconut. The addition of Simcoe provides a grounding resinous pine, while Loral adds delicate floral nuances and HBC 1019 contributes punchy notes of stone fruit and honeydew melon. At 8.4% ABV, the beer maintains a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop complexity to shine. It finishes crisp and dry with a firm, integrated bitterness, embodying a modern approach where high drinkability meets aggressive, multi-dimensional hop saturation.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze and a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring Mosaic-derived berry and tropical fruit, complemented by Sabro's coconut and tangerine notes. Simcoe provides a resinous pine and grapefruit character, while HBC 1019 and Loral add peach, melon, and floral undertones over a neutral, grainy malt background.
