Seeing the ease with which we took to adding Oat Cream to the recently-released DDH Nectaron, we figured why not carry on that trend and take this concept to TIPA town? Something Fantastic is the behemoth of a result – an Oat Cream Triple IPA weighing in above our usual TIPA strength and monstrously hopped with the freshest possible batches of Sabro, Nectaron and Citra – both in its T90 and Lupomax form.
With a dry hop charge of 25g/l, this beer is positively saturated in bright, freshly cut citrus fruit, intense passionfruit and peach, all backed up with coconut and tropical notes. Layered with fresh madagascan vanilla pods and higher than usual oats in the mash, this is a silky, smooth and mega thick TIPA – one for the big festivals and tap takeovers!"
