With a distinctly 2018 Loka Polly vibe but updated with 2025 techniques, we’ve brought Callisto to the party - a pale ale built entirely on those incredible hop varieties that allowed us to build a reputation for incredible hop-forward beers all those years ago. A four way dance of Citra, Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe; Columbus lays the foundations of this beer with a bright but refreshing grassy bitterness, before the dependable cold side trio of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra bring that plush, juicy, fruit forward vibe we love so much - think tangerines, fresh cut limes, summer fruit berries, and bubblegum sweetness.UNTAPPD SCORE
