Coastline Cruiser reimagines the Australian Sparkling Ale with a modern, sessionable approach at 3.5% ABV. This refreshing ale pours with a brilliant gold hue and a persistent, frothy white head. The sensory profile is defined by a lively effervescence that carries bright, tropical notes of Tango and Krush hops, delivering distinct layers of mango and citrus. These modern hop aromas meld seamlessly with traditional pome fruit esters of pear and apple. A neutral, bready malt backbone supports a firm bitterness that transitions into a bone-dry, crisp finish. It is a light-bodied but flavorful beer designed for ultimate drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold color (6 SRM). Tall, frothy white head with excellent persistence and tiny bubbles. Noticeable effervescence and brilliant clarity, though a light haze may be present if yeast is roused.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a blend of tropical fruit from Tango and Krush hops, showcasing mango and passionfruit alongside traditional esters of pear and red apple. Low grainy malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile with a very light touch of herbaceous hops.

Taste. Initial bready, grainy malt flavors are quickly met by a medium-high hop bitterness. Hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus linger, complemented by esters of apple. The beer is highly attenuated, leading to a dry, crisp, and refreshing finish with a lingering, clean bitterness and no caramel sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high carbonation, creating a spritzy, mouth-filling carbonic bite. Smooth and crisp with no alcohol warmth and a notable lack of residual sweetness.
