A deep, barleywine-inspired mead crafted from wildflower honey and rich fig, layered with Madagascar vanilla and aged on oak spirals. The opening bursts with dark fruit character such as fig, date, raisin and dried cherry, followed by oak that adds structure, gentle tannin and balance. The vanilla smooths the mouthfeel without overtaking the flavour. A mature, contemplative sipper with warmth, depth and graceful sweetness.
