At 9% ABV, it presents a complex sensory tapestry of deep caramel, toasted nuts, and bittersweet chocolate, balanced by a sophisticated fruit profile of plums and dark cherries. The aroma is invitingly smooth, dominated by toffee and a hint of licorice without any burnt harshness. On the palate, a clean fermentation allows the nuanced dark fruit and molasses notes to shine, leading into a lingering, slightly dry finish of roasted coffee.
