PINTA Hazy Discovery Prague presents a luminous, opaque golden pour that serves as a canvas for a massive hop profile. This Hazy IPA, born from a collaboration with Sibeeria Brewery, leverages a heavy 24g/l hop rate to deliver intense sensory layers. Azacca drives a burst of tropical mango and stone fruit, while Vic Secret introduces bright pineapple and passionfruit notes. Simcoe anchors the profile with its signature piney resin and sharp citrus zest. The experience is defined by a lush, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that emphasizes a juicy, fruit-forward finish, making for a highly drinkable and evocative modern IPA.

Appearance. Straw to light gold color (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical mango, crushed pineapple, and passionfruit. Secondary notes of orange zest and a distinct resinous pine character from the Simcoe hops are present. The malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready or grainy backbone. Clean fermentation with subtle stone fruit esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor follows the aroma with dominant mango, pineapple, and citrus. The malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, soft graininess. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never harsh, balancing the off-dry finish. The hop character persists into the aftertaste with a clean, resinous quality and lingering tropical notes. No caramel or toast notes are present.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate and smooth. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with 6.5% ABV. Entirely free of hop astringency or raw grain harshness.
