PINTA Dry Delivery is a classic West Coast-inspired American IPA that prioritizes hop intensity and a crisp, clean finish. A vibrant display of American hops leads the sensory experience, offering punchy notes of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and subtle tropical undertones. The lean malt bill provides a pale, grainy backbone that allows the firm bitterness to take center stage without being masked by residual sweetness. Brilliantly clear and highly carbonated, this beer delivers a sharp, refreshing bite. It captures the essence of the style with its assertive hop profile and a bone-dry delivery that invites another sip.
Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring classic traits of sticky pine resin, grapefruit rind, and a hint of floral spice. A low, clean, grainy maltiness sits in the background, providing a neutral canvas for the American hop character. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.
Taste. The initial impression is a burst of citrus and piney hop flavors, followed immediately by a firm, clean bitterness. A low, toasted grain malt character supports the hops without adding sweetness. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading into a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively effervescence. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but remains smooth and never harsh.
