On the palate, a soft, rounded malt impression dominates, balancing a restrained bitterness. This lager finishes clean and dry, showcasing a well-lagered character that highlights the bready malt core while maintaining high drinkability for summer sessions.
Appearance. Pale gold (approximately 4 SRM) with a characteristic slight haze from its unfiltered cellar-style presentation. Topped by a persistent, creamy white head with good lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a clean, grainy-sweet malt character. Low spicy and herbal hop notes from traditional German varieties are evident, supported by a clean fermentation profile free of esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial impression is moderately malty with a suggestion of grainy sweetness. Soft and rounded palate featuring Continental Pilsner malt flavors.
