This Brett Beer exhibits an intricate profile where time has transformed primary fruit into deep, rustic funk—reminiscent of wet hay and seasoned leather. Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (6-9 SRM). Pours with a white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and light lacing. Displays a slight haze, typical of a long-aged wild ale infused with botanicals.
