Jupiter is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop interplay between Citra, Nectaron, and HBC 1019. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense tropical bouquet, where the Citra provides bright citrus and lime notes, while Nectaron contributes lush layers of peach and passionfruit. HBC 1019 elevates the profile with unique hints of candied melon and a subtle coconut-like sweetness. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel supports these massive fruit flavors, anchored by a neutral, bready malt base. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a juicy character and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passionfruit, pineapple, and ripe peach; distinctive candied melon and citrus zest notes. Low bready and grainy malt background; clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.
