W 2006 roku Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A., jako jedne z pierwszych browarów, otrzymała certyfikat ISO 22000. Uzyskanie akredytowanego certyfikatu w firmie Loyd’s Register Quality Assurance jest formalnym potwierdzeniem troski firmy o jakość swoich produktów. Wprowadzony system był rozwinięciem i udoskonaleniem funkcjonującego w Browarze od 2002 roku systemu HACCP.
Zgodnie z polityką jakości ustanowioną w firmie, podstawą działań jest dbałość na każdym etapie produkcji o zapewnienie konsumentom maksymalnie bezpiecznego produktu, spełniającego najwyższe z możliwych standardów. Uznanie dla oferowanych przez Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. produktów systematycznie wzrasta. Efektem tego jest ciągła rozbudowa kanałów dystrybucji i ekspansja na nowe rynki.

En 1844, Karol Rudolf Vetter, visionario emprendedor y entusiasta de la cerveza, adquirió el viejo monasterio franciscano del 15 de la calle Bernardynska, con la finalidad de establecer una fábrica de cerveza en el corazón del viejo Lublin. Centro tradicional de la industria del lúpulo en Polonia, el emplazamiento de la ciudad era el ideal para aprovechar la superior calidad de los ingredientes locales y producir una cerveza de distinción impecable.
En 1912, unas nuevas instalaciones, fuera ya de de la vieja fábrica, se convirtieron en la principal planta de producción. Esta nueva planta fue totalmente renovada y modernizada en 2001, permitiendo al maestro cervecero tener un control total sobre la calidad del producto. Además, esta actualización y puesta a punto permitió doblar la producción en 2012 con el fin de satisfacer la creciente demanda. A pesar de los cambios, actualmente se mantienen las recetas originales en todos los productos Perła. El remodelado edificio administrativo, que alberga las oficinas centrales, se encuentra en la vieja cervecera histórica de la calle Bernardyńska de Lublin.
En la actualidad, Perła - Browary Lubelskie es el mayor productor de cerveza regional en Polonia. En 2006, Perła - Browary Lubelskie como una de las primeras fábricas de cerveza que recibió la acreditación ISO 22000. La obtención de la certificación de empresa de Lloyd es una confirmación de preocupación de Perła por la calidad de sus productos. De acuerdo con la política de calidad previsto en la empresa, la base de sus actividades es cuidar con esmero cada etapa de la producción, con el fin de garantizar a los consumidores un producto de máxima calidad que cumple con los más estrictos estándares productivos posibles. Los premios obtenidos por la calidad de las cervezas de Perła van aumentando de manera constante. La gran aceptación por el público ha dado como resultado es una continua expansión en sus canales de distribución y una fuerte política de expansión hacia nuevos mercados, como es el caso del español, con la creación de la Delegación España de Perła para poder satisfacer a los paladares más exquisitos y estrictos con la cerveza europea más laureada por su sabor y calidad.
