This bold Double IPA showcases a vibrant southern hemisphere character through an intense selection of New Zealand hops. A prominent aroma of crushed white wine grapes and gooseberry from Nelson leads the way, supported by the ripe stone fruit and peach notes of Wai Iti. The addition of New Zealand Cascade and its concentrated Hop Kief form adds a bright layer of lime zest and floral citrus. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains dangerously drinkable with a soft, juicy texture and a clean, supportive malt backbone. The finish is crisp and punchy, emphasizing hop saturation over lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM); moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing; modern hazy presentation with substantial opacity.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma of white wine grape, passionfruit, lime zest, and ripe peach; background notes of neutral, grainy malt; clean fermentation profile with a very light, smooth alcohol note.
