Het resultaat is een natuurlijk, mousserend kriekenlambiekbier van Belgische origine. Traditionele Kriekenlambiek is een spontaan gistingsbier waarbij aan Lambiek, het oudste van de nog bestaande Belgische bieren dat wellicht ontstaan is rond 1300, echte krieken worden toegevoegd. De ‘Kriekenlambiek Oud Beersel’ die als basis dient voor de BZART Kriekenlambiek bevat 400 gr krieken per liter die gedurende zes maanden gisten op Lambiek. Deze kriekenlambiek wordt op fles getrokken met toevoeging van de ‘liqueur de tirage’ welke bestaat uit schuimwijngist en suiker voor nagisting. Het bier rijpt dan minstens negen maanden op fles alvorens het afgewerkt wordt volgens de ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’. Door dit proces wordt fijn koolzuurgas ontwikkeld dat wordt ingesloten in de fles en de kriekenlambiek mousserend maakt. Door toepassing van de ‘remuage’ en de ‘dégorgement’ worden de aanwezige gisten uit de fles verwijderd.Typisch voor Bzart Kriekenlambiek is dat alvorens de definitieve kurk en muselet aan te brengen op de fles, er geen aanzoeting gebeurt door toevoeging van een ‘liqueur d’expédition’. Dit resulteert in een BRUT mousserend kriekenlambiekbier met een overweldigend smaakpalet. BZART KRIEKENLAMBIEK is zeer ‘fraîcheur’ in smaak en afdronk. De amandeltoetsen doen onder meer herinneringen aan de echte kriekentaart uit de goede oude tijd herleven. Het is een prachtig aperitief en is schitterend bij zwarte chocoladegerechten, bij blauwe schimmelkazen,eend, wild en bereidingen met amandelen.   BZART KRIEKENLAMBIEK vzniká spojením dvou slavných tradic, tzn. „Méthode Traditionnelle“ (tradiční metoda) pro šumivá vína a spontánní kvašení u piv Lambic.

Výsledkem je přírodní, jiskřivý třešňový lambic belgického původu. Tradiční Kriekenlambiek je spontánně kvašené pivo: Višně se přidávají do piva Lambic, které je nejstarším z dosud existujících belgických piv, které vzniklo pravděpodobně kolem roku 1300.

„Kriekenlambiek Oud Beersel“, který slouží jako základ pro BZART Kriekenlambiek, obsahuje 400 g třešní na litr, které procházejí fermentací v pivu Lambic po dobu šesti měsíců. Tento kriekenambiek se poté plní do lahví přidáním „liqueur de tirage“ (tirážního likéru), který se skládá z kvasnic šumivého vína a cukru pro druhé kvašení. Pivo pak zraje v lahvích po dobu nejméně devíti měsíců před konečným zráním podle ‚Méthode Traditionnelle‘. Tímto procesem vzniká jemný oxid uhličitý, který se udržuje v láhvi a způsobuje, že pivo Lambic začne šumět. Aplikací 'remuage' (promíchávání) a 'dégorgement' (degorgement) jsou z láhve odstraněny přítomné kvasinkové sedimenty.

Charakteristickým rysem Bzart Lambiek je, že nedochází k žádnému slazení, takže před uzavřením zátky a nanesením museletu na láhev se nepřidává žádný „liqueur d’expédition“ (zásilkový likér). Výsledkem je jiskřivý BRUT kriekenlambiek s ohromující paletou chutí.

BZART Kriekenlambiek Millésime 2019 van Oud Beersel is een biere brut. Dit bier brengt twee van de mooiste vergistingsprocessen bij elkaar. De spontane vergisting van lambiek en de 'Methode Traditionelle' van Champagne. De basis is een één jaar oude lambiek, deze wordt vervolgens gebotteld met een beetje 'Liqueur de tirage', dat is een suikermengsel dat weer vergist in de fles en daardoor zorgt voor de fijne bubbel van een mousserende wijn. Dit mousserende bier is droog doordat er geen 'liqueur de expedition' aan toegevoegd is. Er bestaan meer van dit soort bieren, maar er zijn er maar weinig die op basis van een kriekenlambiek zijn gemaakt. Zeker niet een kriekenlambiek met zoveel kersen als die van Oud Beersel. Het resultaat is een droge en verfijnde kriek met de zachte mousse van een champagne. Er zitten aardig wat zuren in, maar ook de kersen komen nog mooi naar voren!

BZART KRIEKENLAMBIEK tem origem na fusão de duas gloriosas tradições, ou seja, o ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ (método tradicional) para vinhos espumantes e a fermentação espontânea para cervejas Lambic.

O resultado é um cordeiro natural de cerejas espumantes de origem belga. A Kriekenlambiek tradicional é uma cerveja de fermentação espontânea: Adicionam-se cerejas ácidas à cerveja Lambic, que é a mais antiga das cervejas belgas ainda existentes que provavelmente teve a sua origem por volta do ano 1300.

A “Kriekenlambiek Oud Beersel”, que serve de base ao BZART Kriekenlambiek, contém 400 g de cerejas
por litro em fermentação na cerveja Lambic durante seis meses. Este kriekenambiek é então engarrafado adicionando o “licor de tirage” (licor de tirage) que consiste em levedura de vinho espumante e açúcar para a segunda fermentação. A cerveja envelhece então em garrafas durante pelo menos nove meses antes da sua maturação final de acordo com o ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’. Através deste processo, o dióxido de carbono fino desenvolve-se, é mantido na garrafa e faz com que a cerveja Lambic se torne efervescente. Através da aplicação de “remuage” (enredamento) e “dégorgement” (regurgitação), os actuais sedimentos de levedura são removidos da garrafa.

Uma característica do Bzart Lambiek é que não há adoçante, pelo que não se adiciona “licor de expédition” (licor de expedição) antes de se rolhar e aplicar o muselet na garrafa. Isto resulta num kriekenlambiek BRUT cintilante com uma paleta de gostos esmagadora.

O seu sabor e gosto residual são bastante “fraîcheur” (fresco). Os agradáveis sabores de amêndoa fazem lembrar o verdadeiro ‘kriekentaart’.
(tarte de cereja) dos bons velhos tempos. É um delicioso aperitivo e perfeito para emparelhar com preparações de chocolate preto, queijo de pasta azul, pato, caça e todas as preparações com amêndoas. O Bzart Kriekenlambiek é mencionado no menu de restaurantes de renome.

Bzart Kriekenlambiek originates from the merger of two glorious traditions, i.e.  the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ (traditional method) for sparkling wines and the spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers.

The result is a natural, sparkling cherry lambic of Belgian origin. Traditional Kriekenlambiek is a spontaneous fermentation beer: Sour cherries are added to the Lambic beer which is the oldest of the still existing Belgian beers that probably originated around the year 1300.

The ‘Kriekenlambiek Oud Beersel’ which serves as a basis for the BZART Kriekenlambiek contains 400 g of cherries
per litre undergoing fermentation in Lambic beer for six months. This kriekenambiek is then bottled by adding the ‘liqueur de tirage’ (tirage liqueur) consisting of sparkling wine yeast and sugar for the second fermentation. The beer then ages in bottles for at least nine months before its final maturation according to the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’. Through this process fine carbon dioxide develops, is maintained in the bottle and causes the Lambic beer to become effervescent. By applying ‘remuage’ (riddling) and ‘dégorgement’ (disgorging) the present yeast sediments are removed from the bottle.

A characteristic feature of Bzart Lambiek is that there is no sweetening, so no ‘liqueur d’expédition’ (shipment liquor) is added before corking and applying the muselet onto the bottle. This results in a sparkling BRUT kriekenlambiek with an overwhelming palette of tastes.

Its taste and aftertaste are quite ‘fraîcheur’ (fresh). The nice almond flavours make you remember the real ‘kriekentaart’
(cherry pie) of the good old days. It is a delicious aperitif and perfect to pair with dark chocolate preparations, blue-veined cheese, duck, game and all preparations with almonds. Bzart Kriekenlambiek is mentioned on the menu of renowned restaurants.

Para la elaboración de las kriek, se agregan cerezas frescas a la lambic de Oud Beersel para su Oud Beersel kriek, base de la Bzart Kriekenlambiek Millesime, añade 400 g de cerezas por litro. Es la combinación de dos métodos ancestrales de elaboración. El método tradicional de los vinos espumosos y la fermentación espontánea. Tras seis meses de embotellado se añade levadura de vino espumoso y azúcar para la segunda fermentación. Con al menos nueve meses de reposo desarrolla un fino carbónico que hace predominar la cereza y los tradicionales “remuage” (removido) y “dégorgement” (degüello) se eliminan las levaduras de la botella dando como resultado una cerveza Brut con una paleta de sabores abrumadora. Oude Beersel Bzart KriekenLambic Method Champenoise refermented Kriek. For me, simply the most elegant Kriek I have ever had. Is it super funky or sour? Definitely not! But well balanced, bone dry and refined, without doubt. It makes sense how they achieved this result: Bzart is Oude Beersel Kriekenlambic (+/- 18 months old) that is bottled at one of Flanders’ premier sparkling wine–we cannot say Champagne–producers, where Champagne yeast is added. The beer then follows the same maturation process as Champagne, including riddling out the yeast. The result is perfectly clear, incredibly bubbly and as I said, elegant, dry Gueze.From Chuck Cook: “lambicstekerij Oud Beersel has been quite a success story since it was purchased by Gert Christiaens and his father Jos in 2005. The old brewery has been beautifully preserved, and they have added much more Kriekenlambic fermentation capacity-eg, more barrels, in the last couple of years. Beer and wine enthusiast Luc Dirkx, originally of the Maasland region of the Netherlands, just over the border from Limburg Province in Belgium, has partnered with a winemaker in Limburg, and the Oud Beersel Kriekenlambic blendery in Beersel, to create a sort of Kriekenlambic /champagne beer.Called “Bzart Kriekenlambic,” this Kriekenlambic is aged for a little over a year by Oud Beersel, and sugar and champagne yeast are added during bottling to produce a sparkling effervescence. The bottles have undergone the same processes that Champagne goes through, though with this Kriekenlambic it is called “Methode Traditionnelle” instead of “Method Champenoise,” which creates a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Prior to this, the 1,300 bottles in the 75 cl size of this brew underwent what is referred to as “Méthode Traditionnelle.” This would be called the “Method Champenoise” when dealing with a true Champagne.A sparking wine maker, Guy Geunis, performed the riddling and disgorgement process at his location in Borgloon. Geunis sold his wines under the clever name “Champinnot” for years, before being recently forced to change the name by champagne producers in France. The new name is “Optimbulles” meaning “Optimum Bubbles.”Gert tell us that the beer has been making appearances on menus at top Belgian restaurants: De Karmeliet in Bruges, Couvert Couvert in Heverlee, and Brasserie Latem in Sint-Martens-Latem, to name a few.”
