OpperBacco Hazyo is a vibrant Hazy IPA that emphasizes a juicy tropical character through a specialized hop profile. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a tropical fruit explosion. Distinct notes of succulent mango and guava from the Riwaka and Krush hops are layered over a bright grapefruit citrus foundation. A background of clean, grainy, bready malt is present but subtle. No hop grassiness or herbal notes.

Taste. Immediate impression of lush, tropical fruit juice. The flavors of mango and guava lead, followed by a refreshing grapefruit zest. Malt flavor is low, suggesting light bread or crackers. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, off-dry finish. No harshness or astringency; just a clean, lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristically soft, smooth, and slightly pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No significant alcohol warmth, consistent with its 5.5% ABV. Lacks any raw starch or acidic twang.
