This Imperial Stout is a decadent sensory exploration, merging the robust backbone of roasted malts with a lush, confectionery profile. Intense aromas of dark chocolate and ripe banana lead the way, supported by a creamy sweetness reminiscent of condensed milk. On the palate, infinite chocolate layers over a thick, velvety texture, providing a dessert-like experience where the roasted grains balance the fruit and dairy-like richness. The addition of significant banana adds a tropical depth that complements the dark malts, resulting in a full-bodied, syrupy finish that celebrates pure indulgence and celebratory decadence.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40 SRM). Pours with a dense, dark tan head that shows moderate retention. High viscosity is evident in the glass, leaving thick, oily legs along the sides as the liquid settles.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by rich, dark chocolate and cocoa, followed by a strong presence of ripe, caramelized banana. Secondary notes of sweet cream and vanilla arise from the condensed milk. Low roasted malt character provides a background of espresso and charred grain, with virtually no hop aroma or esters beyond the adjunct fruit.

Taste. The initial impression is heavily sweet and dessert-like. Intense chocolate flavors meld with a distinct, fleshy banana character. The condensed milk provides a silky, sugary mid-palate. Moderate bitterness from roasted malts prevents it from being cloying, though the balance is decidedly sweet. The finish is long and lingering with notes of fudge, dark fruit, and residual sugar.

Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a thick, chewy, and luscious texture. Carbonation is low, enhancing the beer's weight and creamy magic feel. A gentle, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, complementing the rich sweetness without any harshness.
