Ophiussa Lifebloom is a vibrant, smoothie-style interpretation of a Wild Specialty Beer that pushes fruit expression to its limits. Built upon a refreshing Berliner Weisse base, this ale is defined by massive post-fermentation additions of Alphonso Mango, Apricot, and Passion Fruit. The sensory profile is an intense marriage of thick, nectar-like textures and bright, lactic acidity. Aromas of sun-ripened stone fruit and tropical zest dominate the nose, while the palate balances the natural sweetness of unfermented fruit sugars against a sharp, refreshing sourness. The result is a decadent, fruit-forward experience that delivers a lush, puree-like consistency with a crisp, tart finish.

Appearance. Opaque and deep apricot-orange with a thick, pulpy consistency. It forms a dense, pastel-orange head with moderate retention that fades to a thick collar, leaving minimal lacing due to high fruit solids.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly sliced Alphonso Mango and juicy Apricot. Sharp, tropical top notes of Passion Fruit provide a zesty, tangy counterpoint. A clean, lactic sourness is evident, supported by a very low, doughy wheat malt character and no detectable hop aroma.
