Appearance. SRM 1-2. Water-white to a very faint, translucent blush. Brilliant clarity. Effervescent with white, large-beaded bubbles that dissipate rapidly; no head retention or lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant floral notes of lavender and rose petals integrated with a mild, sweet pome fruit character. Neutral fermentation profile with no malt, grain, or hop presence. Very clean and fresh.
