Omnipollo Manna reinterprets the Double IPA through a unique 100% wheat grist, resulting in a remarkably smooth, velvety texture that balances intense hop saturation. Expect a burst of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus on the nose, characteristic of modern hop varieties. The wheat creates a soft, doughy foundation that tempers a firm, clean bitterness, preventing the frequent hop additions from becoming harsh. Despite its strength, it remains highly drinkable with a lingering resinous finish. This hazy, pale-gold ale showcases a masterful blend of grainy sweetness and aggressive aromatic hopping, delivering a lush, fruit-forward sensory experience.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-9 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze characteristic of its 100% wheat composition. Topped with a dense, persistent, creamy white head that leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical notes of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. A clean, grainy, and slightly bready malt character supports the hops, with a very neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of crushed pineapple and grapefruit. The malt provides a soft, bready, and slightly sweet wheat flavor that balances a firm, moderately high bitterness. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering, resinous hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctly creamy and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation and a smooth, restrained alcohol warmth. Free from any harsh hop astringency.
