This American IPA serves as a vibrant bridge between traditional West Coast structure and modern aromatic intensity. It presents a high-intensity bouquet of tropical fruit, specifically mango, lychee, and guava, which are complemented by bright citrus and subtle herbal notes. The appearance is a brilliant straw color with a dense, abundant white head. On the palate, a soft, approachable entry leads into a firm but well-integrated bitterness that remains smooth rather than aggressive. The finish is medium-dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of citrus zest and tropical sweetness that invites the next sip.
Appearance. Straw color (4–6 SRM). Abundant, persistent white head with fine lacing. Generally clear, though a very light, modern haze may be present.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits (mango, lychee, guava) and citrus. Secondary herbal and grassy notes are present. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Prominent hop flavors of grapefruit and tropical fruit. Low, crackery malt support. Bitterness is moderate-high but smooth and well-integrated, avoiding harshness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a clean, hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate-high carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
