This Hazy IPA, crafted as a sensory tribute to Siniestro Total, delivers an inviting profile defined by remarkable silkiness. The aromatic experience is driven by a vibrant selection of Australian and New Zealand hops, bursting with intense tropical fruit notes that suggest passion fruit and guava. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains perfectly balanced, offering a lush, juicy impression without the sharp edge of traditional bitterness. Its soft, medium-full body enhances the brewer’s intended silkiness, finishing with a clean, fruity linger. This collaboration captures the modern essence of the style through heavy dry-hopping and a smooth, approachable structure.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze and a characteristic shine. Supports a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit and citrus qualities. The malt character is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready or grainy, while the fermentation profile is clean and supportive of the New World hops.
Taste. High tropical hop flavor with notes of mango and citrus. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. The malt flavor is low and bready, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silkiness and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift without astringency, and the 6% ABV provides a very light, well-integrated warmth.
