This American IPA presents a vibrant, tropical profile designed for high drinkability. A foundation of oats provides a silky, smooth texture that carries an intense hop charge. Azacca drives dominant notes of ripe mango and pineapple, while CryoMosaic adds layers of blueberry and resinous pine. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin introduces a sophisticated white grape and gooseberry character. Despite its sessionable 5% ABV, the beer maintains a firm bitterness and a crisp, clean finish, balancing modern New World hop intensity with a lean, supportive malt base that allows the complex fruit aromatics to remain center stage.

Appearance. Luminous medium gold with a slight, persistent haze. Topped by a dense, frothy white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring mango, pineapple, and stone fruit. Distinct notes of blueberry, citrus peel, and a hint of dank resin are present, complemented by a vinous, white grape character. Clean, low-intensity crackery malt serves as a neutral backdrop.

Taste. Bright, hop-forward flavors of tropical fruit and crushed grapes lead the palate. The mid-palate reveals a subtle bready malt sweetness quickly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness.
